About the job Technical Support Engineer (MSAN)
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES / KEY RESULT AREA
- Perform post-sales technical support such as commissioning, maintenance and integration for MSAN.
- To maintain close working relationship with our key customers.
- Provide technical solution and product training to customer when required.
- Responsible to monitor and maintain access networks.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCES
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification majoring in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, Computer & Software Engineering of other related fields.
- At least 1 year of working experiences in telecommunication and the product above is an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fresh graduates with passionate learning attitude are encouraged to apply.
