ROLE PURPOSE

 

Support the development and running of various Change Management Programmes relating to the JDT Transformation and the broader Bank’s digital journey to deliver intended strategic and operational outcomes that are aligned with the Bank’s corporate strategies and priorities.

 

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES / KEY RESULT AREA

 

·         Collaborate with the relevant internal stakeholders to identify, develop and execute change management and communication strategies and activities for the transformation programme such as communication and training plans to ensure change management is addressed upfront in the programmes and to maximise staff engagement.

·         Assess people and culture to determine how the changes in business strategies, organisational design, organisational structures, processes, and technology will impact staff within the department and the Bank as well as to implement change management plans that maximise the adoption of outcomes related to transformation initiatives.

·         Support the designing and development of fit for purpose approaches/interventions to drive the change agenda which includes providing early notification and awareness to gain acceptance and adoption of the new way of working throughout the department and the Bank.

·         Coordinate and support organisational change management and communications activities by planning, organising, and recommending activities that will further enhance all aspects of change management, including the development, implementation and monitoring of change management goals and activities.

·         Support process governance for change communications and institutionalise the use of change management framework, tools and techniques to facilitate discussion and drive change communication activities across programmes.

·         Support the development of metrics to measure the effectiveness of change management and communications within the department and ensure communication programme is in compliance with corporate communications standards and guidelines.


QUALIFICATION& COMPETENCIES

·         Academic Qualifications: Degree or professional qualification in Change Management, Communications or Organizational Development

·         Experience: At least 3 years’ experience in change management, with transformation and cultural reform related experience highly desirable

·         Knowledge: Conflict management, facilitation, advanced communication skills, coaching, process design, publishing software
