Role Overview
In this role, you will provide contractual, administrative and legal support for one or more global strategic client accounts. You will help implement global agreements at local level, coordinate contractual changes and ensure that account teams operate in line with the agreed contractual and governance framework.
Responsibilities
- Manage contractual changes, amendments, approvals and supporting documentation across international client accounts.
- Review proposed changes and deviations, assess contractual risks and recommend appropriate protections or caveats.
- Support the preparation and implementation of local agreements under global Master Agreements.
- Maintain contractual governance, obligation trackers, historical records, approval logs and contract-management systems.
- Advise and train account teams on contractual requirements, compliance and effective use of the contract.
Requirements
- Degree in Law, Legal Studies, Business Law or a related discipline, or a recognized paralegal qualification.
- Fluent written and spoken English; Spanish would be advantageous.
- At least two years of experience in commercial contract management, legal support, paralegal work or contract administration.
- Strong commercial-contract review and drafting skills, ideally gained in a multi-country environment.
- Excellent organization, stakeholder-management and communication skills, with the ability to provide practical business-focused advice.
