Role Overview

This role is dedicated to defining the future of the digital workplace for a global organization. You will take full ownership of the Windows Client and Desktop ecosystem, transforming high-level business needs into a technical roadmap that empowers thousands of users with efficient, secure tools.

  • Product Strategy: You will define and drive the long-term vision and roadmap for the Windows Client and Desktop environment.
  • Requirements Engineering: You will act as the bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex requirements into actionable user stories and prioritized backlog items.
  • Agile Delivery: You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure the timely delivery of new features and platform enhancements.
  • Performance & Governance: You will monitor platform health and drive continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring strict adherence to security and organizational standards.
  • Knowledge Leadership: You will provide expert guidance and training to internal teams on best practices and emerging functionalities within the desktop ecosystem.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Product Owner or equivalent role within complex IT environments.
  • Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Windows Client systems and desktop application management.
  • Modern Management Tools: Hands-on experience with endpoint management solutions such as Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
  • Identity & Access: Proficiency with IAM services, specifically Entra ID and Active Directory.
  • Methodology: Strong command of Agile methodologies and modern backlog management practices.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, paired with a proactive, hands-on mentality.
