Role Overview
This role focuses on elevating and protecting a global business environment by overseeing three critical pillars: Contract Management, Data Privacy, and Risk Management. You will be responsible for ensuring that international operations meet regional and global legal standards through robust, modernized governance.
- Risk Mitigation & Analysis: You will drive annual risk assessments using advanced modeling (such as Monte Carlo simulations) to provide leadership with high-level data on global risk landscapes.
- Data Protection: Serving as a primary coordinator, you will manage privacy frameworks and coordinate with specialists to ensure all business units remain fully compliant with evolving regulations.
- Contract Governance: You will implement standardized contract lifecycle processes, ensuring teams have the tools and training to mitigate commercial and legal risks.
- System Innovation: A key part of the mandate is finding ways to digitize and automate governance workflows, integrating new technologies into everyday compliance.
- Global Alignment: You will work across diverse functions to maintain unified governance, ensuring clear protocols for internal controls and powers of attorney.
Key Requirements
- Academic Foundation: A University degree in Business, Business Law, or a related field.
- Professional Background: 3–5 years of experience in a corporate environment or a reputable law firm.
- Functional Expertise: Proven experience in Contract Management and Data Protection; a background in Risk Management is a strong plus.
- Analytical Ability: Strong conceptual thinking with a talent for translating complex legal or operational issues into structured solutions.
- Tech Affinity: Interest in developing digital governance systems and an appetite for advanced risk-modeling technologies.
- Communication: Exceptional English proficiency is essential for this international setting.
