Role Overview

This role is designed for a technical expert who thrives in an international setting, focused on shaping the future of financial reporting through digitalization and process modernization. You will balance the precision required for group-wide consolidation with the strategic vision needed to drive global transformation initiatives across the entire organization.

  • Consolidation & Reporting: You will be responsible for the preparation and analysis of consolidated financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, ensuring high-quality data for the Business Group.
  • Digital Transformation: A core focus of this role is leading the implementation and optimization of the OneStream platform. You will leverage this tool to centralize consolidation, financial planning, and advanced business analytics.
  • Process Evolution: You will drive global projects aimed at standardizing and automating the Record-to-Report (R2R) and Plan-to-Steer (P2S) processes to increase organizational agility.
  • Technical Subject Matter Expert: You will act as the central point of contact for complex IFRS queries, developing internal guidelines to ensure consistent application of accounting standards across all international entities.
  • Management Intelligence: You will create the executive dashboards and reports necessary for top-level management to monitor and steer business performance effectively.

Key Requirements

  • Academic Foundation: A University degree in Business or Economics, with a clear concentration in Finance and Accounting.
  • Professional Track Record: 5+ years of experience within group accounting, financial reporting, or a top-tier audit firm.
  • Systems Expertise: Advanced proficiency with digital finance platforms—specifically OneStream—and a background in supporting large-scale finance transformation or digitalization programs.
  • Process Mastery: Deep proven knowledge of IFRS and IAS and a proven ability to harmonize complex workflows in a global environment.
  • Strategic Mindset: An analytical thinker who can combine a "hands-on" execution style with a solution-oriented approach to complex financial challenges.
  • Linguistic Skills: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities. Fluency in English is essential;
