About the job Data Analyst (FR) LMS & Learning Reporting Specialist

Role Overview

As an LMS & Learning Reporting Specialist, you will combine functional system administration with learning data analysis. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will ensure the effective daily operation of the SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System, maintaining accurate data, reliable configurations and accessible learning programmes for employees. You will also transform learning information into meaningful reports and performance indicators, supporting operational decisions, regulatory obligations and the continuous improvement of Learning and Development activities.

Key Responsibilities

You will administer the LMS on a daily basis, creating and maintaining courses, trainer profiles, learning providers and training locations. You will allocate e-learning content, manage automated assignments, process bulk uploads of employees' learning histories and maintain external employee identifiers. You will upload and update digital learning materials, including SCORM content, and configure mandatory or regulatory programmes.

You will perform regular quality checks to identify incomplete or inconsistent information and coordinate the necessary corrections. You will assist employees, managers and departmental users with functional questions, train new system users and promote consistent administration practices. You will also create and maintain clear procedures, user guides and supporting documentation.

You will extract and consolidate learning data for monthly, quarterly and annual reporting cycles. This will include standard operational reports, ad hoc analysis and statutory reporting requirements such as the Social Report, BDESE submissions and annual compliance reporting. You will work closely with the French Learning and Development team to validate data accuracy and ensure that published information is complete and dependable.

You will design dashboards in Power BI and Excel, monitor key learning indicators and present complex data in a clear and useful format. You will automate data extraction where possible and improve reporting workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual intervention. You will handle personal information in accordance with GDPR requirements and provide evidence or data during internal and external audits.

You will offer functional expertise during system tests and e-learning deployments, helping ensure that new content and configurations work as intended. You will also consolidate the learning information required for the French Social, Economic and Environmental Database and produce reports for Works Councils, meeting all applicable publication deadlines.

Requirements

You have a bachelor's or master's degree, with a minimum Bac+3 qualification, in Human Resources, Data Analytics or a related discipline. Ideally, you will bring between two and five years of experience in LMS administration, learning reporting, HR data analysis or a comparable position. Full professional fluency in written and spoken French is essential.

You will have practical experience with at least one Learning Management System, preferably SAP SuccessFactors, and a good understanding of HR information systems. Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas, are required. You will also be familiar with business intelligence and data visualisation platforms such as Power BI or Tableau. Knowledge of statutory learning obligations and French reporting requirements will be highly valued.

You will demonstrate excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy. Your analytical mindset will allow you to interpret information, identify inconsistencies and summarise findings effectively. You will work independently, organise competing priorities and explain technical or data-related concepts clearly to different audiences.

You will bring a collaborative and service-oriented approach, strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in digital solutions and data management. Your curiosity and proactive mindset will enable you to improve systems, simplify processes and strengthen the quality of learning reporting.
