Head of Shared Services Center

This is a senior leadership opportunity to lead a Shared Services Center supporting multiple European countries within a complex and dynamic multinational environment. The role combines strategic oversight with strong operational involvement, with a particular focus on stabilizing the organization, strengthening processes, and preparing the center for future growth and transformation initiatives.

The successful candidate will operate in a high-change environment, working closely with regional and global stakeholders, and reporting into senior finance leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the overall performance of the Shared Services Center
• Ensure stabilization and continuous improvement of processes and operations
• Manage and engage with senior stakeholders across multiple countries
• Drive transformation initiatives, including systems and process enhancements
• Build, develop, and retain high-performing teams
• Support operational activities when needed with a hands-on approach
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment

Key Requirements

• Strong background in Finance within Shared Services or similar environments
• Proven experience in leadership roles with team management responsibilities
• Experience in process improvement and transformation initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with operational execution
• Experience working in international and complex environments
• High adaptability and resilience in changing environments
