This is a senior leadership opportunity to lead a Shared Services Center supporting multiple European countries within a complex and dynamic multinational environment. The successful candidate will operate in a high-change environment, working closely with regional and global stakeholders, and reporting into senior finance leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the overall performance of the Shared Services Center
- Ensure stabilization and continuous improvement of processes and operations
- Manage and engage with senior stakeholders across multiple countries
- Drive transformation initiatives, including systems and process enhancements
- Build, develop, and retain high-performing teams
- Support operational activities when needed with a hands-on approach
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Key Requirements
- Strong background in Finance within Shared Services or similar environments
- Proven experience in leadership roles with team management responsibilities
- Experience in process improvement and transformation initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with operational execution
- Experience working in international and complex environments
- High adaptability and resilience in changing environments
