Role Overview
This role focuses on empowering global teams by owning the strategy for essential collaboration platforms. You will lead the roadmap for high-impact tools—including Jira, Confluence, and the Microsoft 365 suite—ensuring they deliver maximum value and operational efficiency.
- Platform Vision: You will own the long-term roadmap for global collaboration platforms, ensuring they evolve with business needs.
- Agile Management: You will capture stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical user stories, managing the backlog to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Delivery Excellence: You will partner with development and sourcing teams to ensure the timely rollout of new features and enhancements.
- Governance & Optimization: You will monitor platform health, drive continuous improvement, and ensure all tools meet strict security and organizational standards.
- Enablement: You will serve as the subject matter expert, providing guidance and training to internal teams on best practices and new functionalities.
Key Requirements
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar capacity within complex IT environments.
- Technical Expertise: Strong background in Jira and Confluence administration and configuration.
- Ecosystem Knowledge: Deep proficiency in the Microsoft 365 landscape, specifically Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange.
- Methodology: Proven experience in Agile methodologies and effective backlog management.
- Leadership Qualities: Excellent stakeholder management skills combined with a proactive, "hands-on" mentality.
