Role Overview

This executive role leads enterprise-wide Human Capital Management (HCM) transformation initiatives, focusing on deploying integrated digital solutions as part of a unified global strategy. The Director will oversee the implementation and continuous evolution of SAP SuccessFactors and adjacent technologies (including payroll, automation, case management, and knowledge portals) to support a scalable, employee-centric HR ecosystem.

  • Strategic Roadmap: Serve as a key architect of the global HR technology roadmap, aligning digital transformations with future-of-work objectives and shared services goals.
  • Program Governance: Lead a global portfolio of HR technology initiatives, establishing rigorous milestone discipline and governance models to reduce risk and accelerate multi-year delivery.
  • Enterprise Integration: Guide complex integration designs across critical platforms (HRIS, Payroll, ITSM, CRM) to ensure seamless data flows and strict compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Global Change Enablement: Design and execute global stakeholder engagement and change management programs to ensure strong regional adoption, training readiness, and superior user experiences.
  • Continuous Innovation: Monitor operational performance metrics post-implementation while continuously enhancing the HCM landscape with AI-enabled features, advanced analytics, and digital self-service tools.

Key Requirements

  • Academic Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Capital, or related disciplines.
  • Leadership Experience: 10+ years of proven experience leading complex, multi-year global HCM transformation programs within highly matrixed corporate environments.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep implementation knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (including EC, LMS, Comp, Recruiting) coupled with adjacent systems like case management software, payroll, and knowledge portals.
  • GBS Alignment: Solid experience working alongside global HR operating models, Shared Services, and Global Business Services (GBS) frameworks.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Proven track record managing executive-level stakeholders and directing global vendor performance to ensure delivery accountability.
