Role Overview

The Group Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing accounting-related operational processes, documentation management, information workflows and lead initiatives related to digital transformation across the Group. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Group Consolidation & Financial Reporting

Prepare consolidated financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in compliance with IFRS and local GAAP.

Manage the group month-end close process across multiple jurisdictions.

  • Oversee Intercompany Accounting & Reconciliations

Manage intercompany transactions, loans, cross-charges, and eliminations.

Ensure accurate reconciliation of all intercompany balances across group entities.

  • Ensure Group Tax Compliance & Audit Readiness

Coordinate tax compliance and statutory reporting across all jurisdictions.

Act as the main contact for external auditors and oversee audit processes.

  • Develop and Optimize Financial Processes

Design and improve group accounting processes, controls, workflows, and financial systems.

Lead ERP and financial systems optimization initiatives.

  • Lead AR/AP Governance and Team Oversight

Oversee group-level AR/AP policies, aging analysis, vendor governance, and escalation management.

Supervise and support the Finance Administrator, including performance management and coaching.

Required Profile

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, Information Management, or related field.
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience in accounting operations, financial administration, document management, or process coordination roles.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with document management systems, ERP platforms, and digital workflow tools.
  • Knowledge of accounting processes and financial documentation practices.
  • Familiarity with process improvement and operational optimization methodologies.
  • Interest or experience in digital transformation and AI-driven operational tools is considered an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and efficient manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration platforms.
