Role Overview
This position is designed for a dedicated specialist focused on the continuous evolution of a global HR system landscape. You will be responsible for optimizing complex HR processes and transforming them into user-friendly digital applications within the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem.
- System Ownership: Lead the support, configuration, and development of SAP SuccessFactors and integrated solutions such as TimeTracking.
- Process Engineering: Analyze and re-engineer internal HR workflows to drive harmonization across various international locations.
- Migration Leadership: Independently manage and execute large-scale internal migration initiatives and system integration projects.
- Global Consulting: Provide end-to-end support to business units during data transfers, process migrations, and global system rollouts.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional IT teams and external partners while facilitating workshops and presentations for internal stakeholders.
Key Requirements
- Technical Expertise: Proven experience in the configuration and development of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- HR Digitalization: A strong background in optimizing HR system landscapes and integrating additional tools like TimeTracking.
- Project Mastery: Demonstrated ability to lead complex migration projects and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of system implementations.
- Analytical Mindset: Talent for harmonizing requirements across multiple locations and transforming complex needs into efficient digital processes.
- Communication & Influence: Excellent presentation and workshop facilitation skills, with the ability to support internal project acquisition and proposal writing.
