The Role

Were looking for someone who enjoys working with data and communications to help ensure fair and transparent trading practices. In this role, you'll review trading activity and alerts to identify any unusual or potentially concerning behavior. You'll investigate flagged cases, collaborate with other teams, and contribute to improving how alerts are handled and analyzed. You'll also be involved in projects that shape the future of our monitoring systems and help streamline processes.

What You'll Bring

We welcome candidates from a variety of backgrounds. You might be a good fit if you:

  • Have studied Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Have 1-3 years of experience in compliance, surveillance, or financial markets
  • Communicate fluently in English (required)
  • Are comfortable using Microsoft Office tools; experience with Bloomberg or Refinitiv is a plus
  • Enjoy working as part of a team and building strong relationships across departments
  • Can make thoughtful decisions and know when to raise concerns
  • Are organized, curious, and enjoy working with complex information
