We are seeking an experienced HR & IT Business Applications Manager to lead the team responsible for supporting, developing, implementing, and maintaining HR and Finance technology solutions. This role ensures the effectiveness, quality, and strategic alignment of all applications under their scope.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and implementation of internal and external applications.
  • Conduct testing and produce technical documentation.
  • Provide second-line support to users, ensuring efficient incident resolution.
  • Perform regular maintenance and performance checks on applications.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and research innovative market solutions.
  • Manage vendor relationships and monitor service quality.
  • Collaborate with partners on enhancements and configurations.
  • Analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management, Business Informatics, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles with team management responsibilities.
  • Project management experience, preferably with Agile methodologies.
  • Strong decision-making and results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English (minimum B2); French is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience with Payroll and Human Capital systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll) mandatory.
  • Knowledge of Asset Management applications preferred.
  • Ability to interpret business needs and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements.
