Role Overview
We are looking for a Digital Analyst to help transform digital behavioural data into insights that improve customer journeys, digital performance, and business decision-making.
Working closely with digital, marketing, product, data, and technical teams, you will analyze the performance of our digital ecosystem, ensure confidence in analytics data, create clear and actionable reporting, and support users in getting the most from Adobe Analytics.
Responsibilities
- Analyze web and digital-journey performance to identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Ensure data reliability by reviewing tracking plans and measurement configurations.
- Build and deliver clear, actionable reports and dashboards using Adobe Analytics.
- Present insights effectively to business, digital, and technical stakeholders.
- Support and train Adobe Analytics users, promoting best practices and improving adoption.
Requirements
- Fluent in both French and English (C1 level or above) - Mandatory requirement.
- Must be based in Lisbon
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital analytics, web analytics, or digital performance.
- Strong expertise in Adobe Analytics (or solid GA4 experience with ability to transition).
- Proven ability to analyse complex data and deliver actionable insights.
- Good understanding of tracking, tagging, and data quality principles.
- Experience with Adobe Analysis Workspace, Adobe Launch, or Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (preferred)
- Experience with project-management tools such as Monday.com, Jira, or Confluence.
