We are looking for a Legal Counsel Specialist to support the management of a strategic global technology-supplier relationship.

Working closely with international Technology teams, you will act as a key legal contact for a global Master Services Agreement and the local agreements, Statements of Work and amendments executed under it.

You will help the business move projects forward while ensuring that legal and commercial risks are understood and appropriately managed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage legal and contractual matters arising under a strategic global technology-services agreement.
  • Draft, review and negotiate MSAs, LSAs, Statements of Work, Order Forms and amendments.
  • Advise global and local stakeholders on contractual risk, GDPR, compliance and supplier-governance matters.
  • Support the resolution of contract queries, performance issues and potential disputes.
  • Deliver training and maintain accurate, complete records of signed contractual documentation.

Requirements

  • Law degree and qualification as a lawyer in an EU jurisdiction.
  • Fluent English; French would be an advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years relevant post-qualification experience in IT, outsourcing or commercial contracts.
  • Strong knowledge of technology agreements, GDPR and contractual risk management.
  • Excellent judgement, drafting, negotiation and international stakeholder-management skills.
