About the job Case Global Functional Lead (HRIS)
Role Overview
You will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and managing the global Core Model for HR case management processes across both the implementation and operational phases. Acting as a critical bridge between business needs and technical execution, this role ensures system configuration accuracy, manages project risks, monitors system KPIs, and drives user adoption.
Responsibilities
Core Model Development & Architecture: Co-design Case Management architecture and process flows alongside technical teams to ensure operational efficiency, ensuring all configurations align with the master project plan during both deployment and run phases.
Risk Management & Problem Solving: Analyze risks, raise critical points of attention, and implement solutions to ensure smooth stream completion.
Testing, Validation & Analytics: Organize and oversee rigorous data and process testing campaigns to guarantee solution acceptance. Define, produce, and maintain Case Management KPIs and operational dashboards.
Change Management & Support Preparation: Collaborate with the Business team to co-produce and validate training and communication content, while preparing the ongoing HRIS support structure for incident treatment and reporting.
Requirements
- Education: Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR, Compensation & Benefits, Finance, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
- Professional Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience working with HRIS payroll and/or Core HR systems within a global, large-scale project environment (consulting firm or internal corporate team).
- Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of HR support and case management processes, support organization structures, and KPI management. Knowledge of HR applications, particularly in the time management area, is highly valued.
- Business-to-Technical Translation: Ability to translate complex business needs regarding employee data administration,
- Project & Risk Management: Strong project management abilities with customer-oriented mindset
- Compliance & Legal: Solid understanding of data security, HRIS-specific regulations, and GDPR compliance.
- Interpersonal Skills: Fluency in English with strong communication and influencing skills to collaborate across international, transverse teams.
