  • Commercial Development: Identify, secure, and cultivate strategic partnerships within the Technology and Business Services sectors.
  • Strategic Advisory: Provide expert insights to international clients on market trends, organizational structures, and the implementation of operational hubs.
  • Lifecycle Management: Execute the end-to-end recruitment process for specialized mid-to-senior level vacancies, ensuring a premium candidate and client experience.
  • Vertical Ownership: As commercial results grow, the Consultant will manage specific market segments, driving deeper penetration and brand visibility.

  • Linguistic Proficiency: Professional fluency in both English and Portuguese is mandatory.
