Role Overview

The Information Controller is responsible for managing and optimizing company documentation, information systems, and digital workflows to ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and accessibility across projects and departments. 

Key responsibilities:

Document Control & Information Management: Maintain, organize, and control company documentation using systems like Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), ensuring version control, traceability, accessibility, compliance, and proper archiving.

Digitalization & AI Workflow Optimization: Lead the implementation of AI-enabled tools, automation systems, and digital workflows to improve operational efficiency, document lifecycle management, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Governance, Compliance & Audit Support: Support ISO, IMS, HSE, and compliance documentation processes, maintain audit-ready systems.

Process Improvement & Standardization: Develop templates, SOPs, workflow frameworks, and standardized filing/process structures.


Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in document control, information management, or compliance coordination within engineering, construction, or technical environments.
  • Degree or diploma in Project Management, Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Training or certification in Project Management, Quality Systems, Document Control, or HSE administration is considered an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of document control systems such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), including version control, traceability, archiving, and digital filing management.

  • Experience with digital tools, AI solutions, and workflow automation, including process optimization and system integrations

  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to structure information, manage multiple workflows, and maintain audit-ready documentation.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities, including training users, supporting teams, and ensuring compliance with company standards and deliverables.
