The Role

This is a flexible, mobile position where no two days are the same. You'll provide evidence-based therapy across community settings, telehealth and clinical hubs — with the flexibility to work from home when not seeing clients.

You will:

  • Support paediatric and adult clients with diverse needs
  • Work collaboratively to achieve meaningful NDIS goals
  • Conduct assessments and deliver tailored interventions
  • Complete assistive technology assessments (where relevant)
  • Manage a varied caseload with structured support
  • Write clear, timely reports
  • Build strong relationships with families and referrers
  • Participate in supervision and ongoing professional development

What You'll Need

  • Relevant tertiary qualification (OT, Speech Pathology or Psychology)
  • Current AHPRA (or relevant professional) registration
  • WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening & Police Check
  • Drivers licence and reliable vehicle
  • Professional indemnity & public liability insurance
