Salary: $76,515 – $96,400 + Super

The Role
This is a flexible, mobile position where no two days are the same. You'll provide evidence-based therapy across community settings, telehealth and clinical hubs — with the flexibility to work from home when not seeing clients.
You will:
- Support paediatric and adult clients with diverse needs
- Work collaboratively to achieve meaningful NDIS goals
- Conduct assessments and deliver tailored interventions
- Complete assistive technology assessments (where relevant)
- Manage a varied caseload with structured support
- Write clear, timely reports
- Build strong relationships with families and referrers
- Participate in supervision and ongoing professional development

What You'll Need
- Relevant tertiary qualification (OT, Speech Pathology or Psychology)
- Current AHPRA (or relevant professional) registration
- WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening & Police Check
- Drivers licence and reliable vehicle
- Professional indemnity & public liability insurance
