Our AI agents automate candidate engagement, eliminate fraud, accelerate screening, and help hiring teams make better decisions, faster. We're scaling fast and we're looking for someone who can own procurement + compliance during our sales process and help us close deals faster.

This is not a back-office role. 

You'll be:

• Partnered with Sales to unblock deals and accelerate time-to-close
• Own and complete customer procurement, security, and compliance questionnaires (RFPs, vendor forms, security reviews)
• Jumping on customer calls to handle security/compliance questions
• Collaborating with Engineering, Product & Sales to gather accurate and complete responses
• Build and maintain a centralized knowledge base of reusable answers (security, product, legal, etc.)
• Support ongoing compliance efforts (SOC 2, GDPR, AI compliance, and related standards)

If you:

• Have A+ communication skills (this is non-negotiable)
• Can translate technical concepts into clear business answers
• Understanding of contract workflows and document lifecycle management
• Experience working with AI-enabled tools or legal tech platforms 
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Are willing to roll up your sleeves and get things done
• 2+ years of experience in ops, legal ops, compliance, or similar
