The Role: Remote Mortgage Loan Officer

As a Loan Officer, we look for entrepreneurial-minded leaders but with the power of national platforms behind you.

Youll be responsible for:

  • Sourcing leads through your network, referrals, online platforms, and our marketing tools.
  • Guide clients through the loan process from consultation to close and recommending tailored loan products.
  • Managing your client pipeline from consult to close.
  • Use powerful CRMs and LOS systems to streamline workflows, driving communications and conversions.
  • Staying sharp on market trends, loan guidelines, and compliance updates.
  • Building your personal brand and attracting clients and referral partners.
  • (Optional) Attend optional weekly business development and growth calls.
