Available Roles:

Sales Representative Meet virtually with clients who have requested information, assess their needs, and provide tailored life insurance solutions.

Sales Leader All the responsibilities of a Sales Representative, with the added focus on mentoring and leading a team. Earn bonuses based on your teams success.

Compensation & Growth

• 1099 independent contractor.
• Commission-based with uncapped earning potential.
• First-year average: $60,000$80,000.
• Residual income potential (commonly available starting in year 2) earn ongoing commissions on policies you've written that remain active.
• Weekly commission payouts and eligibility for annual performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+.
• Ability to obtain a state life insurance license (we provide full guidance and support).
• Sales or leadership experience is a plus but not required.

What to Expect Weekly

• Flexible, remote schedule (most top performers work 5 days/week and meet with 35 clients per day).
• Access to weekly Zoom trainings and daily team check-ins.
