Our Client:

A leading international company in the Life Sciences sector is seeking a strategic finance profile to support its growth and the professionalization of the finance function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial planning process, including annual budgeting and rolling forecast across all business units.
• Prepare and present monthly financial reports (P&L and budget vs. forecast variances) to senior management.
• Analyze financial performance at SKU level, including margins, direct and indirect costs, and profitability by product and business unit.
• Support day-to-day operational decision-making through clear and timely financial analysis.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities, operational efficiencies, and margin improvement initiatives.
• Act as a finance business partner to operational and commercial leaders, translating financial data into actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain financial models for scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and strategic planning.
• Ensure the consistency and quality of financial information and alignment with the accounting function.
• Ensure effective communication in English, working and collaborating with teams based in the United States.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in financial planning, reporting, and financial analysis.
• Experience working with P&L management, budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
• Solid knowledge and practical experience with US GAAP.
• Ability to act as a finance business partner to operational and commercial teams.
• Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented profile.
• Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
