Our Client:
A leading international company in the Life Sciences sector is seeking a strategic finance profile to support its growth and the professionalization of the finance function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial planning process, including annual budgeting and rolling forecast across all business units.
- Prepare and present monthly financial reports (P&L and budget vs. forecast variances) to senior management.
- Analyze financial performance at SKU level, including margins, direct and indirect costs, and profitability by product and business unit.
- Support day-to-day operational decision-making through clear and timely financial analysis.
- Identify cost optimization opportunities, operational efficiencies, and margin improvement initiatives.
- Act as a finance business partner to operational and commercial leaders, translating financial data into actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain financial models for scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and strategic planning.
- Ensure the consistency and quality of financial information and alignment with the accounting function.
- Ensure effective communication in English, working and collaborating with teams based in the United States.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in financial planning, reporting, and financial analysis.
- Experience working with P&L management, budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
- Solid knowledge and practical experience with US GAAP.
- Ability to act as a finance business partner to operational and commercial teams.
- Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented profile.
- Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
