An important multinational company in the healthcare sector is seeking a Marketing Manager to join its team.

Position Summary
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy for assigned specialties, ensuring alignment with company objectives and growth priorities. This role will lead product launches, branding initiatives, digital marketing, and KOL development, while also supporting training, education, and marketing events. Additionally, the position provides key market intelligence through competitive and performance analysis and offers technical clinical support.

Main Responsibilities

- Design and implement effective marketing plans to strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.

- Lead marketing campaigns from planning to execution, ensuring successful product launches.

- Partner with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Training & Education, Regulatory, and Operations.

- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to provide actionable insights.

- Support sales teams and customers with technical and clinical expertise.

- Develop digital content and manage online presence across platforms.

- Collaborate with regional and global teams to align strategies and share best practices.

- Manage budgets, KPIs, and ROI tracking for all initiatives.

- Lead and develop the marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture.

- Monitor emerging trends to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

- University degree, preferably in Marketing or related fields.

- Minimum of 6 years of marketing experience; prior experience in the medical devices or healthcare industry is preferred.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Proven ability to design and execute strategic marketing plans.

- Experience leading teams and managing external partners.

- Ability to travel up to 50%.

- Full professional proficiency in English.
