Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Field incoming sales calls
- Provide quotes and compile tax invoices for customers' orders
- Assist walk-in customers visiting our showroom
- Follow up on quotes to customers daily
- Understand and demonstrate product knowledge to assist with a customer's requirement
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Closing sales
Requirements:
- Experience as an internal sales
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Bubbly personality
- Excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of MS Office (ERP etc.)
- Must have driver's license and own transport
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years working experience
- Sage, Pastel, Xero experience beneficial
