Job Description:

We are currently assisting our client - A leading boutique financial services firm based in Johannesburg South 

JOB PURPOSE

This position is responsible for providing administrative and clerical assistance to Management to ensure effective and efficient operations of the firm and Admin Services

Key responsibilities and accountability:

ADMIN:

  • Settlements (In-house)
  • Monthly invoices
  • Debit order collections (Absa integrator)
  • Preparation of Admin debit order files
  • Incentive: Ownership invoicing & payment
  • Loading deals on in-house system
  • Queries
  • Prepare dealer base reports for suppliers
  • Evergreen Invoices & payment allocations (inhouse/Banks/Suppliers)
  • Follow-up and obtain signed Landlords
  • Follow-up outstanding correct documentation prior to filing deals

RENTALS:

  • Assist in new business and payouts
  • Process credit applications and submit to credit
  • ITC checks and inhouse exposure checks
  • Apply for bank codes
  • Sending out approvals
  • Follow-up banks for approvals or any additional information
  • Provide feedback to suppliers and/or Sales Executive
  • Update registers daily

Salary: R200 000 CTC Per Annum Neg*

R 14,500.00 - 18,000.00 (South African Rand)
