We are looking for an experienced Yellow Plant Expert to oversee the selection, deployment, and operational integration of construction and maintenance machinery (yellow plant) for a high-speed rail project. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in heavy rail equipment used for track laying, maintenance, and infrastructure works, with a clear understanding of safety, logistics, and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define technical specifications and requirements for yellow plant machinery (e.g., tampers, ballast regulators, rail cranes, etc.)
• Oversee procurement, inspection, and acceptance of plant equipment
• Ensure safe and effective operation of all machinery in line with project timelines and standards
• Coordinate with construction, trackwork, and logistics teams to optimize machinery use
• Support training, certification, and supervision of plant operators and maintenance crews
• Contribute to planning and execution of track installation, maintenance, and renewal activities

Requirements:

• Technical degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Rail Engineering, or Construction Equipment Operations
• Minimum 15 years of experience with railway yellow plant and track construction machinery
• Strong knowledge of plant safety standards, maintenance procedures, and operational best practices
• Experience on major rail or infrastructure projects, preferably high-speed rail
• Familiarity with relevant international machinery and railway construction standards
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
