General Description of Role and Responsibilities:

  • Reads and reviews RFP/PQ/EOI invitations and prepares bid responsibility matrix accordingly.
  • Schedules kick-off meeting(s) with relevant parties to initiate the submission preparation process.
  • Prepares, assembles, and issues technical and financial proposals, pre-qualifications, presentations and proposal clarifications.
  • Liaises and coordinates with multiple parties, including but not limited to JV partners, sub-consultants, the companys internal departments and other regions.
  • Completes and maintains company registrations and licenses on client databases.
  • Monitor various tender portals routinely to identify any contracts relevant to the company, either to bid or for market intelligence purposes.
  • Perform other tasks as requested.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

  • BA or B.Sc. Degree in a relevant discipline.
  • At least 7 years of experience in a similar role. Preferably with the construction consultancy industry.
  • Previous and/or current experience in KSA preferred.
  • InDesign experience is a must.
  • Bilingual (Arabic/English).
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Must be able to multitask.
  • Must be able to work with multiple parties simultaneously.
  • Must be disciplined and organized to meet demanding deadlines.
