FMWR Engineering Coordinator - (Offshore) - Energy, Oil & Gas Project

General Description of Role and Responsibilities:

•  Coordinate with project managers and engineering teams to develop and implement engineering plans and schedules for projects in the MENA and Europe regions.
•  Oversee the design and construction process, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
•  Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.
•  Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control.
•  Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.
•  Identify and resolve any engineering issues or conflicts that may arise during the project.
•  Manage and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
•  Participate in project meetings and provide updates on engineering progress and issues.
•  Ensure that all engineering activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
•  Mentor and train junior engineers and other team members as needed.
•  Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in engineering practices and technologies.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in engineering, preferably in the FMWR (Facilities Management, Water, and Roads) sector.
• Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in offshore projects.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, codes, and standards.
• Experience in project management and coordination.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
