About the job Human Resources Coordinator
Position Overview:
As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting our projects in Saudi Arabia on all Human Resources topics.
General Description of Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely HR administration support (full cycle).
- You will be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries.
- Support the project leadership and Talent Acquisition with arranging and scheduling candidate interviews.
- Coordinate with mobilization team for new joiners.
- Collect the new hire paperwork.
- Conduct New Hire orientations.
- Administer HR-related documentation.
- Manage and solve daily queries.
- Prepare any monthly payroll changes and submit to accounting.
- Ensure all communication regarding employment is uploaded and saved within the HRIS system.
- Participate in special HR projects.
- If requested, manage the employees' timesheet submission process.
- Perform other daily items as required.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
- A University or College Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- 3+ years of professional experience.
- Experience in Saudi Arabia will be preferable.
- Knowledge or Oracle HCM will be considered an asset.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel)
- Multitasking and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling skills.
