As a Mixed Use Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the development process, from concept to completion. This is a unique opportunity to work on exciting and diverse projects, including residential, commercial, and retail spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the development process, including site selection, design, construction, and project delivery
  • Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project team members
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create effective strategies for leasing and sales
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers
  • Oversee the selection and management of subcontractors and consultants
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and government agencies
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in mixed use development

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in mixed use development, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of real estate finance, market analysis, and development feasibility
  • Familiarity with local zoning and building codes
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to travel as needed for project assignments
