Hill International is currently seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our Land Development team in Evergreen. As a Land Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the land development process from initial planning and design to final construction and project completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all phases of the land development process, including site selection, due diligence, entitlements, design, construction, and project closeout
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other team members to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Conduct site evaluations and feasibility studies to determine project viability and potential risks
• Prepare and review project documents, including proposals, contracts, and reports
• Coordinate with local government agencies to obtain necessary permits and approvals
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards
• Manage project budgets and schedules to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of the project
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and promote future business opportunities
• Stay current on industry trends and developments, and make recommendations for process improvements and cost-saving measures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in land development, preferably in a project management role
• Strong knowledge of land development processes, regulations, and standards
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Professional Engineering (PE) license and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
