General Description of Role and Responsibilities:

  • Material selection.
  • Selection of the best technical economical solutions for Materials.
  • Overall material selection integrity in compliance with international standards, COMPANY specifications and engineering best practices.
  • Corrosion risk assessment.
  • Corrosion prevention and corrosion risk assessment.
  • Material selection.
  • Asset Integrity Management, including pipeline integrity management system, maintenance management system, corrosion and material management system
  • Provide support in reviewing material non conformity.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
  • Work experience of 10+ years in the field of the sought discipline after earning the BSc degree.
  • Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in offshore projects.
  • Excellent spoken and written English including proven ability to write specifications and reports.
