General Description of Role and Responsibilities

  • Data and technical documentation monitoring throughout the lifecycle of the Projects.
  • To ensure that all technical documentation produced for the Project is in accordance with the Project requirements.
  • To provide for archiving of all final documentation at the end of the activity.
  • Retrieving any significant reference documentation of similar existing Projects.
  • Preparing the Project Data and Document Management procedure and identify relevant COMPANY standards.
  • Verifying their proper application. To cooperate with Project Development
  • Managers in preparing the Provisional List of Documents, and in defining their relevant planning and programming.
  • Maintaining up to date Project Document Register.
  • Issuing and distribute monthly reports on Documents Production Status and latest revision of Document List.
  • Expediting consignment/return of documents and monitor their physical progress.
  • Managing documents distribution according to the Project Document Distribution Matrix.
  • Ensuring documents availability both in the Project Filing Cabinets (hard copy) and in the COMPANY Document Management System (EDMS) (electronic file)
  • Preventing access to obsolete documentation.
  • Providing support for handover of final documentation.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

  •  Bachelor Degree from an accredited university.
  •  Work experience of 8+ years after earning the university degree.
  • Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in offshore projects.
  •  Excellent spoken and written English including proven ability to write reports.
