General Description of Role and Responsibilities:

  • Gathering information for implementing the new project.
  • Listing out the Documents and documenting the project details.
  • Manage the document flow in the DC application.
  • Submission of documents and creating Transmittal through Document Control System.
  • Creating the Acknowledge letters for the clients through the Document Control System.
  • Tracking the pending documents through weekly progress reports.
  • Notifying the involved party to taking appropriate action on the pending documents.
  • Manual follow-up with the clients' internal team to get an expected schedule for all pending documents.
  • Exporting of As-Built files in the customer-required format.
  • Ability to develop design briefs that suit the business and project needs.
  • Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and develop interactive design.
  • Use innovation to redefine a design brief
  • Create images that identify a product or convey a message.
  • Design graphics for web pages, brochures, logos, signs, books, magazine covers, annual reports, advertisements, and other communication materials.
  • Select colours, images, size, text style, and layout based on corporate approved pallet.
  • Put together different elements of a design created by another professional, such as the icons, photographs, and other components necessary for a website design.
  • Incorporate changes recommended by stakeholders into the final design.
  • Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Bachelors Degree in  Computer Science, Graphic Design or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience required.
  • Experience in a Document Controller role using the standard Document Control Systems software
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Photoshop, and other graphic design software
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
  • Able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
