About the job Testing and Commissioning Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement testing and commissioning plans for construction projects
- Conduct tests and inspections of systems and equipment to ensure they meet project specifications and standards
- Identify and resolve any issues or deficiencies found during testing and commissioning
- Coordinate with project team members and contractors to schedule and conduct tests
- Review and analyze test results to ensure compliance with project requirements
- Prepare reports and documentation of testing and commissioning activities
- Provide technical support and guidance to project team members and contractors
- Stay updated on industry standards and best practices for testing and commissioning
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in testing and commissioning on construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction systems and equipment
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations for testing and commissioning
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
