Project Services Manager - (Offshore) - Energy, Oil & Gas Project

General Description of Role and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for management of Cost Control, Planning & Progress and Document Control.
• Accuracy and regularity of project progress analysis according to project Procedures.
• Data and technical documentation monitoring throughout the lifecycle of the Projects.
• To ensure that all technical documentation produced for the Project is in accordance with the Project requirements.
• To provide for archiving of all final documentation at the end of the activity.
• Quality and consistency of project package definition.
• Engineering activities completion according to plan.
• Assuring the application to project of all the relevant norms, local rules, COMPANY standards and international best practices on accident prevention and human protection, environmental impact reduction and energy efficiency.
• Management of Cost, Schedule and Documentation functions.
• Coordinating with project scheduling and analysis engineer in order to match project times and costs.
• Ensure development and implementation of project procedures for Cost, Schedule and Documentation functions.
• Project accounting data feeding into enterprise systems.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Bachelor Degree from an accredited university.
• Work experience of 15+ years in Project Services / Project Control after earning degree.
• Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in offshore projects
• Excellent spoken and written English including proven ability to write reports.
