Deck Construction Superintendent - (Offshore) - Energy, Oil & Gas Project

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deck Construction Superintendent to join our team.

General Description of Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of deck construction on major projects in the MENA and Europe regions.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of decks and other structures.
• Develop and implement construction plans and schedules, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget.
• Monitor and track project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality workmanship and timely delivery of materials.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being carried out according to plans and specifications.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns.
• Mentor and train junior staff members on construction techniques and best practices.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Bachelor Degree from an accredited university.
• Work experience of 8+ years in the sought discipline after earning the university degree.
• Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in  offshore projects.
• Excellent spoken and written English including proven ability to write reports.
