The Company

Brookshire Co. is a specialized commercial real estate team where every person's contribution is visible and valued. We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who enjoys the intersection of creativity and strategy.

In this role, you aren't just running campaigns; you are a key partner to our brokerage team. You'll help us tell the story of our properties, connect with the right companies, and ensure our clients feel supported at every turn. Role Responsibilities

1. Creative Strategy & Property Marketing (40%)

You'll be the lead on how we present our listings. It's about more than just data—it's about presentation and narrative.

  • Go-to-Market Plans: You'll handle the end-to-end marketing for our listings, from gathering data to creating high-quality, professional marketing packages.
  • Smart Research: You'll help us identify and reach out to target companies, ensuring our communication is thoughtful, engaging, and relevant to their needs.
  • Client Reporting: Keeping our owners in the loop with clear, monthly updates on how their properties are performing in the market.

2. Collaborative Partnerships (30%)

Marketing at Brookshire is a team sport. You'll work closely with brokers to make sure our outreach aligns with the client's actual goals.

  • Client Experience: You'll support the team by coordinating site visits and creating digital info packets that make life easier for prospective buyers and tenants.
  • Building Trust: We focus on a consultative approach. You'll help us organize events and open houses that aren't just "events," but meaningful opportunities to network and showcase our brand.

3. Brand Growth & Social Presence (30%)

You'll help us keep the Brookshire brand fresh and consistent across all channels.

  • Social & Digital: Partner with our internal marketing group to implement social media plans that grow our reach and cultivate new opportunities.
  • Optimization: We value your perspective. You'll monitor how our campaigns are doing and suggest creative ways to make them even better.
  • Daily Flow: Since we are a small team, you'll juggle a variety of tasks—from high-level planning to the fine details of a specific project.

Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Real Estate (or 5+ years of equivalent professional experience).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or InDesign required.
  • This is an onsite role in Bloomington Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30. We find that our best ideas happen when we're working side-by-side.
