About the Role

We are looking for a deeply curious, data-savvy consultant to serve as the bridge between our enterprise-grade datasets and our clients' most complex challenges. This is a high-touch, consultative position for someone who loves digging into the dirt of healthcare data.

You will be the primary point of contact for clients who need deep, quick-turnaround help navigating the economics of care. Whether it is an unstructured data request or an in-depth onboarding session, you are the expert who ensures clients derive maximum value from the Payerset platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and onboarding process, including in-depth walkthroughs and technical setup.
  • Build custom reports and analyses in direct partnership with customers for use cases such as contract negotiations, rate benchmarking, and market analysis
  • Manage a dynamic workflow to provide quick-response help when a customer reaches out with urgent data needs.
  • Help build foundational frameworks and playbooks for implementations, best practices, and guides
  • Partner with the product team directly on new features as the voice of the customer

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ Years of Consulting Experience: Prior experience in a boutique or mid-sized consulting firm is highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of the provider or payer side of contract negotiations and managed care.
  • Expert-level data analysis skills; you should be comfortable building complex analyses and querying/manipulating large datasets.
  • Thrives in a high-growth, startup environment where you can work independently and navigate periods of both high intensity and strategic downtime.
  • Ability to engage with senior buyers and stakeholders, and translate complex data into actionable reimbursement strategies.
  • Bachelor's Degree Required. MBA or equivalent healthcare-specific advanced degree preferred.
