The Company

We're looking for a high-octane Commercial Real Estate Broker to join our team in Bloomington. If you live for the deal and have the grit to manage complex transactions from pitch to close, we want to talk. You'll be the face of The Brookshire Company, representing clients in high-stakes buying, selling, and leasing across the commercial sector.

Role Responsibilities

• Deal Making: Negotiate lease and sales agreements that move the needle for our clients while ensuring every T is crossed legally.
• Relationship Building: This isn't just about property; it's about people. You'll spend about 30% of your time cultivating a robust pipeline of prospects and keeping current clients locked in.
• Market Mastery: Dive deep into research and property valuations to provide the kind of strategic insights that make our clients' decisions easy.
• Business Development: Be the person everyone knows in the industry. You'll hit the events, stay ahead of trends, and expand our portfolio through relentless networking.
• Team Synergy: We win together. You'll collaborate with the brokerage team to share insights and crush our collective targets.

The Right Fit

• The Credentials: A Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance and an active Real Estate License.
• The Experience: At least 5 years in commercial real estate sales or leasing with a track record that speaks for itself.
• The Skills: Ability to navigate CoStar, LoopNet, and CRM systems.
• The Mindset: You're a self-starter who doesn't need a map to find the goal. You're persuasive, assertive, and personally accountable for your results.
