At HIPP Design + Consulting, The Client Solutions Executive is responsible for business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships. This role ensures exceptional service and communication, delivers superior value solutions, and drives revenue growth across both the Raleigh and Greenville offices.

Responsibilities and Tasks

Responsibilities and tasks include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Develop and execute new business captures, local marketing campaigns, and customer interfaces.
  • Develop and manage local client relationships.
  • Manage the overall sales process through a variety of tools including, but not limited to, social platforms and CRM technology.
  • Connect the needs of clients with innovative and affordable solutions.
  • Pursue new business opportunities.
  • Achieve new awards and new client acquisition targets in HIPP Strategic Plan.
  • Significant regional travel.

Qualifications

  • College degree in Business/Marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Architectural markets.
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Pro.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in tracking and analyzing marketing metrics and generating reports.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
