About the job Marketing Lead

At HIPP Design and Consulting, the Marketing Lead is responsible for leading and directing the Raleigh/Greenville office marketing division. They are responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating advertising policies and programs and producing collateral materials, such as websites, posters, or giveaways, to create extra interest in the purchase of a service for the entire HIPP organization. The Marketing Lead extends HIPP's brand into new spaces using various platforms and marketing techniques.

Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Full supervisory responsibility, including evaluating job performance, coaching, and training direct reports.
  • Develop comprehensive marketing personas (decision maker, influencer, user) for target markets and regions.
  • Identify and develop positioning to uniquely differentiate our company as a leading provider of design and staffing solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, to ensure brand alignment.
  • Write engaging, motivating, and SEO-optimized content to effectively communicate the brand across all marketing channels.
  • Conduct market research to inform strategies.
  • Create sales enablement materials.
  • Develop and maintain branding guidelines across the company.
  • Create and manage the marketing activity calendar.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to produce relevant content for all stages of the sales and project execution cycle.
  • Maintain promotional material inventory.
  • Oversee and manage the website.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Manage external vendors for marketing projects such as promotional materials, calendars, photography, SEO, and graphic design.
  • Utilize analytics to identify and target specific keywords and phrases for content creation.
  • Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of content initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of BD/Marketing Experience; 5 years of management experience.
  • Excellent skills in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or Canva).
  • Expert writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in tracking and analyzing marketing metrics and generating reports.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to company events and conferences.
