This is a full-time position for a Colombian or Argentinian with good written English who has experience as an executive assistant or something similar and is available to work flexible hours on weekdays until 6PM Pacific Time.

The work is 100% remote and for a small USA company with a healthy work culture. The company provides financial services such as financial advising, insurance, legal and tax services. We focus on serving doctors in the USA. We have been around for over 10 years. Our #1 value is to do well by doing good.

Our company's founder and CEO is looking for someone to manage his calendar as his executive assistant.

He has an active schedule that includes about 7 meetings per day with external clients plus other meetings. Most client meetings are scheduled to occur from 1 to 3 days after scheduling. Scheduling is done via email, phone and text message as needed to accommodate the clients.

Other responsibilities for this position include being available to notify meeting parties when someone is running late, last-minute rescheduling, scheduling for others if time allows, preparing routine reports for meetings, and answering the company phone live.

You will be expected to collaborate well with the CEO and his staff to help him meet his stated objectives for dividing his attention to clients, vendors, internal staff and personal time.

Other duties for this position are possible based on your interests and the company's needs.

This position is great for anyone who likes communicating clearly over email to optimize how meetings fit into a schedule. This is not a good job for someone who wants to talk with people every day at work. Despite daily email interactions with dozens of people, and regular meetings with your team, there is very little live interaction with others in this role.
