UI/UX Designer (office/remote)

In this role, youll work closely with cross-functional teams to turn complex requirements into elegant, user-centered solutions. Location: GEORGIA (Tbilisi office or 100% Remotely)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Create prototypes for user research and testing
• Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and clients
• Provide UX/UI architectural guidance during the development phase

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of experience in web and mobile interface design
• A strong sense of clean and structured UI, with solid knowledge of composition, typography, color theory, and modular grids
• Ability to understand business goals and prioritize tasks accordingly
• Experience in designing complex user flows and information architecture
• Ability to design intuitive user journeys and interactions
• Confidence in presenting and justifying design decisions
• A balanced approach to aligning user needs with business objectives
• Proficiency in Figma
• English proficiency B2+
