We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive with proven experience in Embedded Systems to build and expand our practice.

This is a greenfield builder role for someone who already operates in this ecosystem, has a track record of selling embedded or hardware-adjacent engineering services, and can convert existing relationships into signed engagements. You will take full ownership of the sales cycle and leverage your existing relationships to generate early revenue and build a high-value pipeline over the first year.

Location: Remote (US market – all states)


You Likely Bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise B2B technology sales
  • At least 5 years selling embedded systems, IoT platforms, firmware engineering, robotics, or hardware-adjacent professional services
  • Direct experience selling engineering services (not products) to hardware companies, industrial OEMs, automotive, medical devices, or smart infrastructure verticals
  • Track record of navigating full sales-cycle, technical sales with engineering leadership, product management, and procurement stakeholders
  • A track record of consistently delivering $2M+ in annual new-business revenue (or comparable quota attainment at/above plan)


Network & Pipeline Ownership:

This is not a role with inbound lead flow. We are looking for someone who:

  • Has active, named relationships with engineering and product leaders at companies building connected devices, autonomous systems, edge platforms, or physical AI applications
  • Can generate early revenue momentum from existing relationships
  • Can share a high-level, sanitized view of relevant relationships during later stages of the process

We value transparency and credibility. During later interview stages, we may ask for high-level, anonymized deal examples or references from past buyers, respecting any confidentiality obligations or NDAs.

Technical Fluency:

Were looking for someone who can:

  • Confidently discuss on a high level - embedded systems, including RTOS, Linux kernel, firmware (C/C++/Rust), communication protocols (CAN, MQTT, BLE, Zigbee), and sensor integration.
  • Understand the Physical AI landscape: edge inference, computer vision on embedded platforms, digital twins, sim-to-real transfer, and AI-physical systems convergence
  • Engage in consultative selling of products with CTOs and VP Engineering during discovery and early-stage meetings, without immediate solutions engineering support.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and certification environments is a plus.

This is a hunter role:

  • You enjoy opening new logos more than managing renewals
  • Full-cycle ownership: prospecting, qualifying, proposing, negotiating, closing
  • Builder mentality: joining to create a practice, not inherit one

Compensation

Compensation is designed to strongly reward performance and impact. The base salary is competitive and aligned with the market for senior-level roles, with a significant portion of total earnings tied to performance.
