Senior Automotive Visualisation Artist (Maya, V-Ray)

Job Description

If you have 5+ years of experience as a Visualization Artist in the automotive industry, specializing in producing high-quality, photorealistic 3D images and scenes, and possess strong modelling, texturing, and lighting skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with design teams to bring their visions to life through your work.

You should have a deep understanding of Maya and V-Ray, with a proven track record of creating visually striking automotive visualizations. A keen eye for detail, especially in lighting and texture, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce photorealistic images of vehicle designs
• Create photorealistic interior and exterior visualisation scenes
• Develop materials and textures for vehicles, including leather, fabrics, metal, and more
• Manage and meet project deadlines with responsibility
• Work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Optimize and enhance engine performance and its content
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues

Skills & Experience

• Excellent level of proficiency in Maya / V-Ray (modelling, shading, texturing, rendering)
• A strong portfolio showcasing relevant work
• A "nothing is impossible" attitude
• Expertise in 3D modelling, texturing, and lighting techniques
• Good cooperation and communication skills
• Strong experience in automotive retouching
• Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to create realistic textures and materials that accurately represent real-world objects and environments
• Strong problem-solving abilities to creatively address complex rendering and animation challenges
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to efficiently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Expert knowledge of Design processes in a Design studio environment
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience preferred
