We are looking for a motivated and personable Sales Development Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for potential clients, youll focus on outbound and inbound prospecting, nurturing leads, and setting up qualified appointments for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential clients through various channels (LinkedIn, email, phone, events).
Conduct outreach via cold calls, emails, and social media to generate new leads.
Qualify inbound inquiries and ensure smooth hand-off to account executives.
Maintain accurate lead information in CRM.
Work closely with marketing to align messaging and campaigns.
Qualifications:
12 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or telemarketing (preferred, but entry-level candidates welcome).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections.
Organized, self-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
